Since the early 1990s, Liquid Casing Inc. has served the oil and gas industry with its proprietary product line of drilling additives designed to apply the concept of "wedging compressibility of particles" to prevent and stop losses while protecting the wellbore from harm.

WRKO 1000 is designed for use in fresh water, sea water, NaCl or brine.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s Fine is a wellbore stabilizing nonconventional and noninvasive (NIF) or minimally invasive additive designed to reinforce mechanically weak formations and fractures up to 300 microns. Fine protects the formation from harm through the application of the  proprietary concept of wedging compressibility of particles.  The additive acts as a barrier to the invasion of fluids and solids into the formation while promoting a wide array of wellbore stabilizing results when mixed into the general circulation during drilling.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s Ultra Fine is a wellbore stabilizing, noninvasive or minimally invasive additive designed to reinforce mechanically weak fractures of the smallest sizes up to 150 microns. The product achieves its results through the proprietary concept of wedging compressibility of particles. The additive acts as a barrier to the invasion of fluids and solids into the formation while promoting a wide array of wellbore stabilizing results when mixed into the general circulation during drilling.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s LSpcr 1000 is a 100% organic and biodegradable spacer fluid system comprising of a proprietary particle size and shape distribution designed to form a minimally invasive seal that halts the invasion of filtrate and cement into the formation while promoting wellbore stability. LSpcr 2000 can be added to the LSpcr 1000 spacer system where large and mixed fractures are expected or total losses occur.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s LSpcr 2000 is a 100% organic and biodegradable additive used to treat scenarios where major loss circulation or total losses are encountered while cementing a well. LSpcr 2000 can be added to a spacer fluid system treated with LSpcr 1000 if major losses are experienced.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s Coarse is a severe loss circulation material with a proprietary particle size concentration and distribution designed to cure the most severe loss circulation and seal fractures up to 2800 microns.  Coarse does not alter the rheology of the mud and significantly reduces damage to the formation when used in conjunction with Fine or UltraFine in the circulation. The product is biodegradable, passes through a 1/4 dry screen, does not block mud motors or tools and may be mixed with Fine or UltraFine for smaller fractures and concentrated porous formations.

Liquid Casing Inc.'s Cure is a wellbore stabilizing noninvasive or minimally invasive additive designed to seal fractures up to 850 microns.  Cure may also be added to Fine during drilling every 100-150 feet in order to induce maximum mechanical reinforcement of weak formations, particularly in same hole sections where fractures are of mixed sizes.
